Tilapia Fillets in Foil with Apples and Bacon
Ingredients for four:
Peel the apples and dice them finely. Add to pan with half the butter to brown. Add the lemon juice. Fry the bacon in a separate hot pan using the remaining butter. Mix the fried bacon and browned apple pieces. Lay four tilapia fillets on separate sheets of aluminium foil. Season with salt & pepper. Spread 1/4 of the apple-bacon mixture over the fillets. Place a second fillet on top of each one and cover with the remaining apple bacon mixture. Seal the aluminium foil in the form of a curl paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes at 180° C.
