Ingredients for two:
Rinse prawns with water and allow to thaw. If pressed for time, run prawns under lukewarm water until thawed. Chop onions, garlic, chillies and tomatoes very finely. Heat butter in a pan and sauté onions, garlic and chilli peppers. Add tomatoes and prawns, cover and let simmer for ten minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste, add chilli pepper as desired.
